72 Hours of Event Excellence

Last week, we produced a major event for one of our star clients, Medtronic.  Medtronic is an international medical technology firm that’s in the forefront of research and development for new processes and products concerning the treatment of chronic diseases.

The corporate awards conference lasted 72 hours from Friday through Sunday and was located in sunny Orlando, Florida. Our A/V team had the monumental task of providing state-of-the-art sound and lighting to a large audience. The stage was illuminated by LED lights to give off an ambient tri-color glow while our hi-definition projectors were used for important business presentations. Medtronic’s executives were very complimentary on our performance and the formal atmosphere we created for them.  The show was technically demanding and Sight and Sound Productions would like to thank our entire A/V team for pulling off a flawless event for one of our most valued clients. Great job guys!

I must say it is not easy to do 72hrs. It is great to know that we could travel and do a corporte meeting for a pharma client, especially a 3 dey event. Sight & Sound has been with Medtronic for several years and I would also like to note that during this event we were able to do 3 other events. 2 back home and 1 on the road with this event taking place.
