The Jacksonville Light Parade has become a city-wide tradition that begins with an impressive variety of decorated boats and eventually culminating into one of the most fantastic firework displays of the year.

There are five main categories for boaters to enter in.

These categories include:

30’ and under

Organized Groups

Judges will look at composition, holiday spirit, originality and best use of lights when making their decision for the most festive boat. After the parade, attendees can witness the spectacular fireworks production that includes the crowd favorite waterfall.

Sight & Sound Productions is responsible for engineering an unforgettable audio experience throughout the event. They will be using their state-of-the-art line array system and placing numerous speakers from the CSX building all the way through Main Street, the Hyatt, Metro Park,  the Crown and the Wyndham. They will also be installing speakers around the River City Brewing Company.  This impressive installation will blanket the entire riverfront with all of the magical sounds of the season.
